English Abstract

The current research aims to know the following 1- the mental motivation of the university of tikrit .

2- the mental motivation of the university students according to specialty variable (scientific / humanity) .

3- the mental motivation according to sex variable (malefemate) 4- the academic aspiration of tikrit university students .

5- the academic aspiration of tikrit university students according sex variable (male/ female) 6- the academic aspiration of tikrite university students according to specialty variable (scientific / humanity) 7- linking relationship between the mental motivation and the academic aspiration of tikrit university students .

The sample of the study included students from the university of tikrit morning studies for the academic years 2018-2019.

In order to achieve the aim of the study , the researcher depended on tow scales .

Results The following results have been show.

1- the sample of the research has a level of mental motivation.

2- there are no differences in the mental motivation of the sample of the study according sex variable at level 0.05.

3- there are no differences in the mental motivation of the sample of the study according to specialty variable at level 0.05.

4- the sample of the study has a level of academic a aspiration .

5- there are differences in the academic aspiration of the study according to sex variable in the far our of females at significant level 0.05.

6- there are differences in the academic aspiration of the sample of the study according to specialty variable at significant level 0.05.

7- there is a link relationship with significant level positive between the mental motivation and the academic aspiration.
