This research is an attempt to demonstrate the idea of integrating the object with the contents of the contract in France law , It is noted that the fusion of the object with its contents is an idea that originated in the French legislation and was noted by both the civil law and the French consumption law and European law.The integration of the object in its content theoretically leads to a review of the formation of the contract as it should be so that the contract exists to have a certain content and not a certain object and thus review the terms of validity of the contract as a whole, in practice, the integration in its content leads to review the terms of validity of the contract as a whole, and to distinguish between the object as an independent condition of validity, which is integrated into the content of the contract to be sufficient agreement and its origin and here the contract is not imbalanced and the benefit of the fusion theory or process improved understanding of the construction of the contract and facilitated by the judge.
