That selling contract with gaining consider one of the secretarial selling which depend on confidence in treating between the seller and buyer in the price which showed by the buyer, this contract is buying with the same first price with an increase as a gain, this contract build on the confidence, truth, and fidelity.

this contract divided into two parts : the first one is the normal gaining this means that one buy any good in price, then sell it to another in the same price with gain, the second part is one of the tow contractors ask to buy any good, and promise him to buy it and take him a gain over the real price.

finally the research ending with conclusion consist of results and recommendations.
