This study examined the effectiveness of the individual education program for programs of learning disabilities in primary schools from the point of view of teachers and teachers with learning disabilities in Riyadh.

The individual education program is a milestone in the development of special education.

It has the potential to be an organized force for learning.

The program is based on the sample of the study one hundred teachers and teachers of programs with learning disabilities attached to the regular schools in the city of irrigation Add, The results of the study showed the knowledge of the members of the IEP team for the programs of the learning difficulties in the public schools and its objectives and the factors controlling it.

The study recommended the necessity of providing expertise that helps the presence of the members of the IEP team integrated in each school and taking care of the training courses that help to improve teacher performance And implement the individual education program, and work to rehabilitate the teacher appropriate rehabilitation that helps him to implement the individual educational program.
