Abstract EN

The study is entitled "Publics equipments in the new housing policy, reality and dimensions.

Investigation of the neighborhood 1680 housing Birtouta "addresses two aspects, the first is the reality on the integration of public facilities in new relocation projects, the second, it addresses the social dimension that may have the presence of public facilities in a new neighborhood, and its degree of influence on the network of social relations in the latter.

We used this study The qualitative method was used for this study throughout observation and by conducting interviews so as to be able to reach a general conclusion.

The result was that the housing policy has changed its view on the need for integration of equipment within the neighborhood, since 2014, this operation has become a necessity, taken into account by the authorities, by its role to meet social needs, and its contribution to the cohesion of social ties, as well as the building of new ties within the new neighborhood.
