Both developed and developing countries face a public budget deficit problem that means overspending public revenues.

This problem is considered on the international level and considering the international tendency towards the Islamic industry in general and the Islamic instruments, this research has come to highlight the Islamic tendency as a tool for financing the public budget deficit in Algeria as an alternative to traditional finance.
