Abstract EN

This study aimed at the importance of the elements of the collective and the extent of its availability from the point of view of employees of the Higher Education Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students at King Saud University.

The study reached the following results:  The elements of collective action from the point of view of employees in the program of higher education for deaf and hard of hearing students at King Saud University ranked in terms of importance: 1- The existence of mutual trust between the employees of the program.

2- Having a sense of belonging by the employees of the program ie that the group acts as one individual.

3- The desire to work together among the staff of the program.

4- Sharing tasks and roles among the staff of the program.

 The availability of teamwork from the point of view of workers in the program of higher education for deaf and hard of hearing students at King Saud University ranked: 1- There is a sharing of tasks and roles among program personnel.

2- There is a sense of belonging by the workers in the program, that is, the group acts as one individual.

3- There is a desire to work together among the staff of the program.

4- Elements and characteristics of teamwork are available among the program employees.

There are no significant differences in the importance or availability of teamwork due to gender, occupation, educational level and experience.
