Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر هيكل رأس المال على المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات الصناعية الأردنية خلال الفترة (2013-2017) و ذلك من خلال قياس نسبة المديونية على عناصر المسؤولية الاجتماعية (خدمة المجتمع، الحفاظ على البيئة و تدريب العاملين).

و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (57) شركة توافقت مع شروط الدراسة، و من خلال استخدام النسب المالية تم أيجاد نسبة المديونية، اما عناصر المسؤولية الاجتماعية فقد تم عمل مؤشر مكون من (28) بند لقياسها، حيث تعطى الشركة المطبقة لهذه البنود (1) و الشركات التي لا تطبق هذه البنود تعطى (0).

و تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي ((Stata لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر سلبي للهيكل رأس المال على عنصر الحفاظ على البيئة و عنصر خدمة المجتمع، مما يعني أن زيادة المديونية في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية من شأنه تخفيض حجم الأنفاق على عنصري المسؤولية الاجتماعية، أما عنصر تدريب العاملين فلا يوجد له أي تأثر بنسبة المديونية، عند مستوى دلاله معنويه %5، حيث يعتبر تدريب العاملين إلزامي على الشركات بنص القانون بغض النظر عن هيكلها المالي.

English Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure the effect of capital structure on corporate social responsibility of the Jordanian industrial companies during the period (2013-2017), by measuring the debt ratio of indebtedness on elements of social responsibility (community service, preserving the environment and employees training).

The populations of the study were industrial companies listed in Amman stock exchange, and the sample of the study consisted of (57) companies coincided with the study requirements, and through the use of financial ratios, debt ratio was found, either element of social responsibility has been the work of component index (28) line for measured, so give the company Applicable to these items (1) and companies which do not apply these line give (0).

And been using statistical analysis (Stata) to test the study hypotheses, results showed a negative effect of capital structure on an element of environmental conservation and community service, which means that increased debt ratios in Jordanian industrial companies will reduce spending on responsibility.

Personnel training component, it has no any affected by indebtedness, when moral significance level 5%, where employee training is compulsory for companies
