Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر هيكل الملكية بأبعادها الملكية الإدارية، و الملكية المؤسسية، و ملكية غير الأردنيين على التدفق النقدي الحر، و تحليل هذا الأثر باختلاف حجم الشركة في الشركات الأردنية المساهمة العامة الخدمية المدرجة في بورصة عمان و البالغ عددها (90) شركة، و قد تم جمع البيانات الخاصة بمتغيرات الدراسة من التقارير السنوية لهذه الشركات للفترة (2012-2017).
حيث أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) لهيكل الملكية بأبعاده (الملكية الإدارية، و الملكية المؤسسية، وملكية غير الأردنيين) على التدفق النقدي الحر للشركات الأردنية المساهمة العامة الخدمية، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه يختلف أثر هيكل الملكية على التدفق النقدي الحر للشركات الأردنية المساهمة العامة الخدمية باختلاف حجم الشركة، و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة و الضرورية من قبل الشركات الأردنية المساهمة العامة الخدمية لتخفيض القيود المفروضة على الشركات الخدمية و إزالة العوائق التي قد تواجهها.
English Abstract
This study aims to identify the impact of the ownership structure with its dimensions (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and non-Jordanians ownership) on free cash flow, and analysis of this impact according to the company size of Jordanian service companies' public shareholding listed on Amman Stock Exchange which are (90) companies, where data of study variables collected from the annual reports for the period (2012-2017).
The results showed there is no a statistically significant impact at the level of (α= .0.0(of the ownership structure with its dimensions (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and non-Jordanians ownership) on free cash flow of Jordanian service companies public shareholding, the results also showed that the impact of the ownership structure on the free cash flow of Jordanian service companies public shareholding differs according to the size of the company.
The study recommended the need to take the necessary procedures by Jordanian service companies public shareholding to reduce restrictions on service companies and remove the obstacles that may face them.
