Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the need to build on socially-based competencies in the context of the organization's adoption of ethical-social responsibility as a mechanism for activating governance.

The researchers adopted “Mobilis Communications” as a case study.

The study, hence, concluded that the concept of social responsibility is an ideological moral theory that indicates that the organization is responsible for its society and environment.

The results of the study also revealed the strength of the relationship between organizational governance and the moral social responsibility of organizations in their three dimensions (moral, environmental and social dimension).
