This is why it became a necessity to build trust and transparency between the various organizations and between individuals as stakeholders, and the whole society.

Which is provided by the social responsibility In the overall framework, especially if it is pursued by organizations when applying a desired administrative reform; therefore comes this study to combine these two strategic approaches so that the organization can invests both: the advantages and importance of social responsibility during the application of administrative reform approach, in order to achieve real-time advantage arising for this investment, which is the improvement and development of the organizations’ administrative systems, with the effective participation of all parties: Organization-person and person-organization.
