Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of availability of Ethical leadership dimensions(Providing ethical behavior, practicing ethical behavior, and promoting ethical behavior) from the perspective of the employees of the distribution department of the electricity company in Benghazi , The study also aimed to identify the effect of Ethical leadership on Counterproductive Work Behavior To achieve the study's objectives it followed the case study method, and the questionnaire has been developed based on some previous studies.

The population of the study reached (150), the stratified random sample has been selected with size (108).The number of retrieved questionnaire for valid statistical analysis was (84) form.

The results indicated that the overall level of Ethical leadership were medium ,and overall level of Counterproductive Work Behavior were lower ,The results also showed there wasn't significant effect for of Ethical leadership on Counterproductive Work Behavior ,The low practice of workers for Counterproductive Work Behaviors is due to reasons other than the independent variable.
