Abstract EN

The current study aims to determine the organizational culture and their dimensions (organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational Norms, organizational expectations) and its relationship with institutional Performance in the social security fund Benghazi.

For the study purpose, case study method were adopted.

A questionnaire was also utilized as a tool of collecting the basic data.

The study population consisted of all directors of middle, top, and executive managements (110 directors).

The whole study was conducted through comprehensive survey technique.

SPSS was used for data analysis.

Results : The main obtained results were that the level of organizational culture and the institutional Performance were high.

There was also a direct and significant correlation between organizational culture dimensions and institutional Performance.

Recommendations: Finally, the study submitted some recommendations that may contribute to enhancement of organizational culture role and increase the effectiveness of the institutional Performance at social security fund - Benghazi..
