Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the extent of practicing the meditative thinking skills by social studies teachers from their perspective.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used.

questionnaires were prepared to collect data from the study sample with (41) items that were distributed to five areas.

after confirming the validity and reliability of the tool, the researcher distributed the questionnaires to the study sample which consisted of 43 male and female teachers.

the study concluded that the social studies teachers practice the meditative thinking skills by a high degree and that the viewpoints of teachers regarding their extent of practicing the meditative thinking skills do not defer by their personal variables.
