Abstract EN

The writing of biography has got interest of ulama and writer all over the ages by Iraqi writers and others .

in iraq , ulamaa have emerged , they were as shiny as sun , they got the privileges of godly ulamaa.

those ulamaa give islam the most their time and effort .

as they present their life in teaching , studying, writing, giving preach .

they rise up hundreds of ulamaa whom contribute at knowledge and they do enrich the Islamic library .

they write about different sciences , so we are obliged to spot light on their efforts .

i have desired to write about one of these contemporary ulema from suleimaniya in kurdstan of Iraq.

the reasons to choose the title1-the high rank of alshaikh abudalkareem , Allah bless him , as he is one of high ranked ulema and imam al fatwa.

2-contemporary ulema own to him.

3-the subject is new , no one had written about.

4-to spot light on his approach in writing biography particular to akrad.
