English Abstract

The profession of pharmacy represents one of the fundamental medical branches which is indispensable as both medicine and pharmacy keeps the well being of society by providing health services.

Due to the fact that the pharmacist serves patients and for its importance to human life, any violation done by the pharmacist makes him culpable whether disciplinary, civil, or criminally according to the nature of the violation made.

Any mistakes made and impairs the behavior or the ethics of the job could lead to loss of human life, so pharmacist shall be held accountable.

This has invigorated us to research in what disciplinary accountability of the pharmacist in the private sector is according to the Palestinian laws and regulations.

This was done through clarifying the nature of disciplinary accountability and distinguishing it from other laws.

In addition, by exploring the rights and obligations of the pharmacist, and then by wondering through the authorities disciplinary sanctions leading to our findings and recommendations.
