The study aims at identifying the (Views and Opinions of elementary schools Teachers in Education Towards Enrolling of the Abnormal Children in the Ordinary Primary School in the Education Directorate of Baghdad karkh /2.

The sample consists of (100) teachers and administrators.

The study has employed the tool of questionnaire which involves (30) items , The study indicates that the most acceptable The first aim was Teachers' Attitudes Toward Integration of People with Special Needs into Normal Schools disability in the public schools is the light and that the opinions of teachers towards enrolling are positive, There is variance among teachers ,The significance of differences in teachers' attitudes towards integration according to sex variables (males, females), years of service (15 years and less) and (16 years and aboveThere is variations attributed to the gender or experience of the teacher or the administrator concerning mixing
