The study discussed the importance of the administrative decision and the play of the main basis in the lives of individuals and employees , as consideration of the behaviors that are unique to the administration to satisfy public interest and the needs of good governance, We started our conversation about what the administrative decision and its relationship with the principle of legality, then we focused talk about the defective form and procedures, and defect object as defects that fall by the Governing when issuing the administrative decision; will achieve much its veracity and make it subject to invalidity before the administrative court specialist ,We reviewed the most important forms of those defects and the situation of Fiqh of by giving judicial examples about them from the reality of what separated by the Palestinian High Court of Justice and the Egyptian counterpart, and we approved Fiqh situation from acceptable correctness of those defects, and we have concluded many of the recommendations has been of its introduction quickly of the promulgation the law of the State Council, and the need to establish specialized administrative court of the "Palestinian State Council" be heart of its competence a view of cancellation claims ,and compensation arising of damages as a result of the administrative decision defective
