The current research aimed to identify the job satisfaction of the educational counselors, to find out the differences in the job satisfaction of the educational counselors according to the gender variable, to identify the professional pressures of the educational counselors, to know the differences in the professional pressures of the educational counselors according to the gender variable, (200) mentors and guides selected by random method.
