The book (gardens of flowers and basil in al-Bayan and a statement of altebian) to the mouslian Shieakh author Mohammad Amin al-Omari the deceased (1203 a.h).

it is a book searchs in the Quran rhetorical the author is taking sciences (vocabulary, rehotrical, majesty) in it .

which the author started in the rhetorical, vocabulary, and majesty science, then he arranged in to the introduction and twenty one garden, he called the chapters of the book gardens and the sections in '' flowers'' and the depart in '' basil'' more over that book is one unique copy which found in the awqaf library in Mosul .this book from the twrath books that it have a specification between a rehotrical arabic book to its relation with the Quran text .

the book from the important book which written in the second half from the 12 century, which this century consider from the fixed think centuries, thus the written is aqtasr in this filed on the perfection and observations which it was talk on the some of the rehotrical texts that it filled on the scientist efforts in the last centuries to the alnahda century.

my work in the authors method as the following : i put a plan of abstract and two departs, the first chapter is about the life of author and a book title.

the second chapter is about the subject of the book authors method and the books sources.

finally, i accomplish the results.
