Abstract EN

This research aims at exploring the features of the distinctive investigator, which is initiated by his scientific loyalty and his full understanding of the text and hence, his right referring -his success in the documentation of the texts and clarifying the unknown ones and to give his opinion in all the issues by proof and evidence, commitment of the scientific method in investigating and the care in controlling what needs to be controlled, organizing the paragraphs ,the good of the preface and the end of lines, investigation of the questions from its resources, the desire in clarifying everything, the good of summarizing the issues, resorting to the unknown references, the correction of what the scriber makes whether distortion or misrepresenting ,dressing the issues or the questions the dress of depth, correcting the fantasy in which the owners of the scriptures fall in, clarifying much of the badness of handwriting and drawing and changing the lines whose balance is disturbed, the correction of the opinions that are attributed in a wrong way to the scholars and pointing out the one who said it, where the author said :’’It has been said’ ’the correction of the words of the scriber, and tracing the explanation if the manuscript has more than an interpretation, and so on.
