This research is a reference to the evidences that: illustrate the approach and genius of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (God bless him) in his rule of the Islamic State, and that characterized his personality.

In every position, we find the good opinion, the strategic planning; which looks forward to the future and does not forget the past, and considers the present.

If this indicates anything, it shows a clear indication of the strength of the gifted personality and the extent of benefiting from the experiences of others.

Whatever one writes about Omar and his genius and outstanding approach in the administration of the state will not give him his right.
