Abstract EN

The study aims at sending out the pity strain and professional adjustment of the workers at the elder people homes and the correlated relationship between the two variables.

it also aims at sending out the disserves in the correlated relationship according to gender variable (male / female).

the study sample is repressing anted in (100) workers, whom are selected randomly.

the scare of (al-Shamary, 2017) is adopted for measuring the pity stain, and professional adjust meant has been constructed.

after analyzing the data statistically the results show that the study sample has pity strain and has professional adjustment.

the results also show that there is no correlated relationship between the two variables and there is difference in the relationship according to gender variable, in favor of the females.
