There is no doubt, that Sheikh Moubarak Al-Milli is one of the most reformers known in Algeria during the first half of the twenty century, he lived less than 50 years and was active in education and advocacy, especially in the 1920s, Where he achieved a reputation in education and reform Starting from the city of Laghouat, which his embraced for many years in which he provided a lot for the Population, at a time when this field was full of many concerns and problems, like the confrontation with the French occupation authorities on the one hand and with some religious groups on the other, and so it was this study to examine the various educational activities of Sheikh Mubarak in Laghouat and its environs, and follow the most important developments in his reform movement in the region since 1927 until his departure in 1933.
