The study aimed at identifying the role of youth centers regarding Consolidating National Affiliation from the viewpoint of the female workers in the Jordanian Youth Care Center.in December( 2017) To achieve the study goals the scholars set a questionnaire that was tested by credibility and consistence.

The sample study consisted of (29) workers in The Jordanian Youth Care Centers in Irbid governorate Theconducted study showed that the degrees of the care Center workers varied between high and average in the fields of Consolidating the National Affiliation.

The study revealed differences of statistical sigma corresponding to normal variance This variance is attributed to experience educational Qualification and job Titles.
