Abstract EN

Building a learning organization requires the commitment of all its members, including the leadership that command it, in order to elevate them to the level of international organizations.

These organizations create an organizational environment able to develop itself via making maximum benefit from their individual and collective capacities which form it.

This cannot be realized through the traditional hierarchical organizations, but through an integrated system of individuals.

The leader here works to free the organization from the constraints of stalemate and routine and turn it into a more open organization and open an area for strategic thinking among its members and launch capabilities.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the principles of learning leadership and the new responsibilities of the leader, in addition to his traditional responsibilities to build a learning organization which is capable of adapting to changes and taking advantage of its accumulated experience.
