Abstract EN

The study was carried out to identify and analyze the reality of organizational knowledge management at the Algerian University and ways to strengthen it from the students' point of view.

Data on research were collected through the design of a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample of 247 students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Blida University.

Statistical methods The main findings were the availability of elements of the application of organizational knowledge management in the faculty under study, but there is no organizational knowledge management in this college as an independent administration per se.

The study also included a number of important recommendations to help Z find a ground for the application of organizational knowledge management at the University of Algiers
