Abstract EN

This study aimed to determine the relationship between patients’ satisfaction and quality of provided food services،and to know the quality level of this provided food; also،it seeks to know if there are differences in the responsiveness of study sample about quality level of provided food according to the following variables (gender،age،social status،qualifications،and department).

This study provides appropriate recommendations to responsible.

This research depended on the likert scale quintet and descriptive& analytical approach.

As well،data were analyzed by statistical software (SPSS).

The importance of this study indicated that patients satisfaction about the quality of provided food services at Shuhadaa’ Al-Aqsa hospital average of 33.9 and standard deviation of 3.9 and average weight of 56.6 in addition to 85% of those surveyed patients showed their satisfaction about provided meals timing.

Therefore،the study also showed that some patients are not satisfied about introducing hot and cold drinks.

The study recommended series of recommendations to improve these services including attention to the quality of provided food for patients according to doctor’s instructions.

Also،the study recommended providing hot and cold drinks as well as potable water for patients.

In addition،the, study recommended providing suitable meals for patients according to their healthy status.
