The Postal Addressing System for Urban Areas is an important component of the services system provided to the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially as it is a technical geographical system.

It is important to achieve the appropriate compatibility between it and the urban management system of the Kingdom's cities and then coordination between the two authorities entrusted with carrying out the tasks of both, Saudi Post authority (Wasel postal system) and; secretariats and municipalities of the regions and cities of the Kingdom The Wasel postal system is defined as an integrated geographic information system covering all parts of the urban areas in the Kingdom in a smooth practical way based on the use of digital maps by GIS technology, which helps in the speed of querying, reasoning and controlling the management of this vital service.

In view of the huge investments made by the Kingdom to build and support the Wasel system as well as the metal installations of all the participants, which call for benefiting from the management of the building system The study aims to identify and measure the validity of the Saudi postal address system for the urban management, in which the size of the neighborhoods and their spatial distribution play an important role.

Therefore, the research attempts to develop a proposal that works on the compatibility of the Saudi postal address (Wasel) and the urban administration in the cities of the Kingdom.

By answering the range of benefits of the Wasel system and the possibility of maximizing it in urban management systems? In addition, a comparative study between the method of the work of Wasel system and the need for urban management of cities of addressing systems and coding methods of the elements of urban has been answered to research questions and make the necessary recommendations
