Since the emergence of the capitalist system most of the intellectuals are studying how to maintain economic growth, new theories looking at how to achieve the latter, and aimed at breaking the vicious circle of poverty after the emergence of poor areas, improving their economies, achieving economic growth and sustainable development.

Many countries in the third world have failed to achieve development but there are some one that have been able to break the vicious circle of poverty, which shows through the study will explain the success of two developmental experiments .witch have taken into account the specificities of their countries and their internal conditions and used their potential.
