Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to show how the deficit in the state budget is handled and financed, which results from increased expenditure on revenues, especially if it is unwilling to reduce expenditures or increase self resources.

And expenditures to modern financial thought based on the principle of achieving economic and social balance alike.

In addition to the current study, it was found that the optimal alternative to the treatment and financing of the deficit in the general budget of the state on the basis of taking into account the economic and social balance is to stimulate and encourage the work of Islamic financing formulas to finance the budget deficit and achieve social solidarity and economic development.

Islamic bonds and bonds that they are more effective and useful and flexible in solving the problem of budget deficit compared to the methods of the traditional financial system.
