The following article outlines the processes to build the debate and the public deliberating on political issues through exposure to the experience of two national newspapers (El-khabar and Echourouk as the article will attempt to analyze the contents of opinion and expression provided by the two newspapers at the level of their networks, and considering the arguments that are managed within these new spaces which build political attitudes and public opinion in general, and in many cases, may turn those ideas that evolve through the discussions that arise ideas effectively contribute to building political decisions, of course, happens in open democratic societies that believe in the importance of deliberation and discussion with the masses in the achievement of political and social development.
