Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the level of psychological burnout among teachers of secondary education.as well as to identify the differences in the level of feeling of psychological burnout depending on the gender variable and years of experience and social status of teachers.

the sample consisted of (160) teachers.

the researcher uses burnout maslach scale.

the results of this study show that the teachers of secondary school suffer from psychological burnout in a high degree.it also shows that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological burnout depending on the sex variable, the years of experience and the social situation.
