We seldom find the sons of the Arab today who do not complain about the difficulty of learning Arabic grammar and complexity.

perhaps one of the most important reasons for this is due to the problem of developing the standard Arabic language for Arabic speakers in terms of their linguistic level.

is it the first language? or is it a second language? or is it between? the solution to this problem will contribute to a large extent in the form that will provide the educational template and language skills when learned and taught.

there is a significant difference between acquisition and learning and their role in the form in which language skill is offered in the learning process.

here, the importance of being in the current research addresses the problem through the skill of learning Arabic grammar in adopting order to achieve this systematic, the hypotheses and data of the innate theory, which dealt with the problem of language acquisition and examined the philosophical dimension and the impact on the most important components, which is grammar.

the research found that the most important gains to adopt the data of this theory is to help solve the problems involved in the teaching of Arabic grammar.

(1) The problem of determining whether Arabic grammar is within the limits of the acquisition or learning.

(2) The problem of employing the philosophical dimension in the innate outlook towards grammar when teaching.
