The study aimed to identify the psychological stress among nurses working in intensive care in government hospitals and their relationship to job satisfaction, and the study sample consisted of 52 nurses, the study used a questionnaire of psychological stress, and the identification of job satisfaction is composed both of them (22), paragraph, and the most important results of the study: that the level of psychological stress and job satisfaction for the majority of nurses working in intensive care was high, and there is a clear correlation between the level of psychological stress for working nurses in intensive care and the level of job satisfaction they have, as the results showed no statistically significant differences Between the averages of the study sample responses by sex variable (nurses - nurses) about the psychological pressure, it showed no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses by different variable salary (NIS 1,500 or less, NIS 1,500 or more) about job satisfaction
