Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of the teachers of professional education and their teachers in Ajloun Governorate in Jordan for the professional values from their point of view and their relation to some variables such as gender, scientific qualification, type of school and years of experience.

The study sample consisted of (120) teachers, As a tool for study, which was developed by the researcher in the second semester of the year (2018/2019), and the study reached: The mathematical averages of the responses of the sample members on the study instrument areas were high.

The first place was the field of social values.

Finally, the field of aesthetic values came in.

The mathematical average of the study instrument as a whole was 3.89.

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the degree represented by the teachers of professional education and their teachers in Ajloun for professional values from their own point of view, which are attributed to the variables of the study, namely: gender (male, female) Bachelor, Postgraduate) Type of school (primary, secondary) Number of years of experience (less than 5 years, more than 5 years).
