تعد الحوكمة "Governance" من المواضيع الحديثة التي يتم تداولها في الوقت الحالي، نظرا لأهميتها في تطوير البيانات التنظيمية سواء على صعيد مؤسسات الدولة أو الشركات الخاصة، و ذلك من خلال علاقتها بآليات و إجراءات الإصلاح الإداري الذي يعد أحد العناصر المهمة في تحقيق الشفافية و الجودة.
فالحوكمة "نظام يتم بموجبه إخضاع نشاط المؤسسات إلى مجموعة من القوانين و النظم و القرارات التي تهدف إلى تحقيق الجودة و التميز في الأداء عن طريق اختيار الأساليب المناسبة.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق الحوكمة في المنظمات الجزائرية باعتبارها أسلوب متميز لتحقيق التميز في الإدارة من ناحية و تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية من ناحية أخرى، مما يحفز المستثمرين الأجانب على إقامة استثماراتهم في الجزائر لتحقيق الجودة و رفع مردودية النشاط و النسيج الصناعي في الجزائر.
Abstract EN
Governance is one of the the most important development issues, both with regard to state institutions and private enterprises, through its relationship to the mechanisms and procedures of administrative reform, an important element for transparency and quality.
It is a system in which the activity of institutions is subject to a set of laws, regulations and decisions aimed at achieving quality.
This study aims to highlight the importance of the implementation of governance in Algerian organizations, as a distinctive means of achieving excellence in management and social justice, which encourages foreign investors to invest in Algeria to achieve quality objectives and increase the profitability of industrial activity in Algeria.

La gouvernance est l’un des sujets les plus importants du développement, aussi bien pour les entreprises étatiques que pour les entreprises privées et ce, grâce à sa relation avec les mécanismes et procédures de la réforme administrative, élément important pour la transparence et la qualité.
C’est un système dans lequel l'activité des institutions est soumise à un ensemble de lois, règlements et décisions visant à atteindre qualité et excellence dans la performance en choisissant des méthodes appropriées.
Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence l’importance de la mise en oeuvre de la gouvernance dans les organisations algériennes, en tant que moyen distinctif d’atteindre l’excellence en matière de gestion et de justice sociale, ce qui incite les investisseurs étrangers à investir en Algérie pour atteindre des objectifs de qualité et augmenter la rentabilité de l’activité industrielle en Algérie.
