تتميز المجتمعات البشرية بتنوع المكون بهم استنادا إلى الجنسية، أو العرق، أو الدين، أو طقوس.
هذا و قد وضعت هذه المجتمعات على خريطة الاختبار بغية إثبات قدرتها على التعامل مع مسألة الأقليات.
و أن الأطفال يشكلون العمود الفقري لاستمرارية الأقليات، حمايتهم أصبحت واحدا من اهتمامات المجتمع الدولي.
Abstract EN
Human societies are distinguished by the diversity of their component based on nationality, race, religion, or ritual.
This has put these companies on a map of Tester in order to prove their ability to deal with the issue of minorities.
And since children constitute the backbone of the continuity of the minorities, their protection has become one of the concerns of the international community.

Les sociétés humaines se distinguent par la diversité de leur composante basée sur la nationalité, la race, la religion, ou encore sur le rituel.
Ceci a mis ces sociétés sur un plan de testeur afin de prouver leur capacité à traiter la question des minorités.
Les enfants constituant la charnière de la continuité des minorités, leur protection est devenue l’une des préoccupations de la communauté internationale.
