لقد أقرت القوانين المقارنة في جملتها حق التأديب، كما أقرته الشريعة الإسلامية أيضا، حيث أعطت رب الأسرة الحق في رعاية أفرادها، و تقرير ما يتفرع عن هذا الحق من أفعال، و من أبرز هذه الأفعال إجازة الضرب الخفيف عند التأديب.
إلا أن هذا الحق ليس مطلقا بل له حدود إذا تجاوزها مستعمل الحق تعرض للمسائلة الجزائية.
Abstract EN
As a whole, the comparative legislation has all accepted the right of correction as well as the Islamic Shariah.
The latter has given the head of the family the right to educate his children with all the prerogatives that this entails.
One of them is the possibility of giving them light blows.
However, this right is not absolute but is subject to legal restrictions and anyone who exceeds these restrictions will be prosecuted.

Dans leur ensemble, les législations comparées ont toutes admis le droit de correction de même que la charia islamique.
Cette dernière a donné au chef de famille, le droit d'éduquer ses enfants avec tout ce que cela englobe comme prérogatives.
L'une d'entre elles, est la possibilité de leur donner de légers coups.
Seulement, ce droit n'est pas absolu mais encadré par des restrictions légales et quiconque outrepasse ces dernières, sera poursuivi par la justice.
