L’état de droit se constitue, de façon réelle et pratique, de plusieurs institutions et établissements, parmi lesquels le conseil constitutionnel qui est doté d’une mission majeure qu’est la bonne application des textes à travers toutes leurs dimensions.

A cet égard, l'amendement constitutionnel de 2016 a consolidé le rôle et la place dudit conseil, particulièrement en matière de la révision de la constitution et de la protection des droits et des libertés publiques.
