ينبع دحض النسويات لأفكار الموجة الثالثة من اقتناعهن بأنه بالرغم من حصول المرأة على حقوقها القانونية و الدستورية إلا أنها لا تزال تعاني من تلك النظرة الدونية من طرف المجتمع، و محاربة هذه النظرة هو بمثابة التحدي في القرن الواحد و العشرين.
لذا طرحت على الساحة الأكاديمية في العلوم السياسية مقاربات بديلة حاولت معالجة هذه الإشكالية من أجل تمكين المرأة و إدماجها الفعلي على جميع الأصعدة، و إشراكها في صياغة السياسيات العامة للدول و تنفيذه بما يحقق العدالة التوزيعية و تحقيق التوازن الجندري، و منها نجد مقاربة المواطنة و المقاربات التنموية، و من ثمة تحقيق مبتغى التنمية المستدامة.
Abstract EN
The feminist rejection of the ideas of the third wave stems from their conviction that although women have their legal and constitutional rights, they still suffer from this inferior view of society.
Fighting this view is the challenge of the 21st century.
Therefore, I put forward alternative approaches to the academic arena in political science, which tried to address this problem in order to empower women and integrate them effectively at all levels and to involve them in formulating the public policies of countries and implementing them in order to achieve distributive justice and achieve gender equality and justice, including the approach of citizenship and development approaches.

Bien que la femme ait acquis ses droits légaux et constitutionnels, elle souffre, cependant, toujours de la vision basse de par la société et la lutte contre cette vision demeure l’objectif contré du 21ème siècle.
Pour cela, la question soulevée, dans le cadre des sciences politiques, est de mettre en exergue d’autres solutions pour résoudre cette problématique afin d’insérer réellement la femme dans tous les domaines, et, par conséquent, de la faire participer à la vie politique générale de l’Etat.
Ceci va engendrer, sans nul doute, une justice proportionnelle et un équilibre du genre, d’où l’approche de citoyenneté, de développement, et, de ce fait, la réalisation d’un développement durable.
