Abstract EN

The research represents the importance of those people in increasing the size of economic activity as a kind of power that cannot be neglected across the Egyptian society which depends largely on tourism in its national income.

The main reason of using people with special needs in tourism is to increase their income and in a way to improve their life standard, decrease the gaps between incomes and to satisfy their basic needs which in turn reflect on society through creating a good economic state.

Some of those people need special tools and methods to improve their ability and skills to jour such a field or either to benefit from it.

Actually ,there are different internal and external organizations that consider those people economically and plan for them to face challenges that meet them .generally ,activities in the field of tourism varies for people with special needs which results explicitly in the concern of many investors to share in such a field which will uncover treasures and experiences beside numerous unused skills that can pass to different countries through those people across the process of exchanging services .the government considers offering incentives to investors in the tourism sector to present their best in a way to join the international challenge in this field.

Funding is one of the crucial problems that capture the interest of decision makers to improve this field which will also improve the national income and the society's wellfare.

this will lead to achieve the positive effect between people with special needs and the tourism sector to improve the economic position of our country.
