The mmanager in hospitals and public and private clinics needs to take advantage of a range of methods and techniquesto solve problems that are exposed when services are rendered, in order to improve with reduced costs as much as possible, and among the quantitative methods, we find models queues, dealing with time it takes to provide the service and result to the phenomenon of long wait at the clinic or hospital.

And we will try in this study apply technology models queues on a rush institution partition public hospital Mohamed Boudiaf Ouargla, in order to provide solutions to improve the amount of service to this institution.
