In recent years, there has been a great deal of interest in the role of women outside the traditional framework, especially after the experience of entrepreneurship.

The situation in Algeria is no different from that of other countries, where women have significant potential resources that the Algerian authorities have decided to integrate professionally, develop, accompany and ensure within an organized legislative framework.
