Abstract EN

This study aimed to discover the level of efficacity system information’s among employees of Communities of Ouargla, as well as to try to discover levels of the dimensions of this organizational phenomenon, and aimed also to examine the differences between gender and age categories and Types of function on levels of efficacy of system information We used a random sample (378 employees) 312 males and 66 females.

Statistical measures were processed using the spss21, the results showed that: - The level of system information’s among employees was high.
