The view of countries through their legislation is different in dealing with this phenomenon, especially the phenomenon of smuggling of migrants (illegal migration) In order to limit them, on the one hand, to ensure that migrants are protected from the horrific exploitation of smugglers' networks on the other, to address and combat this phenomenon at the international level and at the national level through the adoption of penalties for the suppression of this crime.
