The methodology without epistemology is only a waste of thought.

From this point of view, our study, which deals with research and analysis, proceeds from the research of the specialization of information and communication sciences as a science that has emerged as a result of the convergence of several disciplines and the intersection of scientific views on media and communication formats The technology that has occurred as a result of technological changes has affected how to design the message according to the specificities of the public, which has been affected by the other developments and has new contexts changing reception on the one hand and interaction on the other, which necessitated the need to develop new tools in the emergence of new currents In this regard, we have seen the epistemological position of this science as the epistemological location and indicate the frame of reference or the paradigm.

The methodological design of the research is essential in the process of managing the scientific knowledge in the specialization which the researchers assert that it requires the implicit theories in Ata The status of my position is related to the reference criteria to which it belongs Our research paper comes as an attempt to enrich the debate on the issue of epistemological location and the systematic design of information and communication sciences research under the new media or the new media by addressing the following elements: 1-Research in the epidemiology of scientific research from the curriculum to the multiplicity of curricula.
