Abstract EN

the current study aims to recognize the reasons before the failure of our national team in Gulf 20 and recognizing of differences of the team failure according to the sample individuals ( team players , sport media agents and sport academics ) .

The sample was selected randomly .

the sample was 36 individuals .

the researcher used the descriptive method and the questionnaire within three components (administrative , technical and selection ) .

the arithmetical averages , standard deviations , averages , One Way ANOVA as statistical methods to process data .

the results showed that the reasons before national team in Gulf 20 represented in financial and administrative corruption , lack of football academics which selects skills and lack of school sport which considers the first provider for national teams .

The almost of expectations was for the favor of all components .

In addition , There are lack of differences with statistical significance in the expectations of the sample individuals as per the variables of the titles .

the researcher recommends the necessity of demolishing the financial and administrative corruption suffered by the football federation and establishing football academies to polish players and develop their skills.
