Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify reasons of the reluctance of national economic companies to support Yemen sport clubs, and also to identify the differences in reasons of reluctance of national economic companies to support Yemen sport clubs according to these variables ( Sample type, Academic qualifications and Experience), the study sample consist of 77 administrators from ( the ministry of youth and sports, Economic Enterprises and sport clubs), the study used survey method in which data was collected through questionnaire distribution, the questionnaire consists of 4 axis (Ministries, Economic enterprises, Sport clubs and Sport media), the data was analyzed by using averages, standard deviation, multi – way analysis of variance and Scheffe’ Test.

The study concluded that there is reluctance from national economic enterprises to support Sport Clubs on medium level at all study axis, and there is match in views from all respondents about the reasons of reluctance of Economic Enterprises to support Sport Clubs regardless of their academic qualifications and years of management experience, however, there is a differences in responses from respondents about the reasons of reluctance of Economic Enterprises to support the Sport Clubs according to Ministries variable between administrators of sport clubs from one side and administrators of ministries and economic enterprises from other side and this was for the benefit of administrators of Sport Clubs.

The researcher recommended that it is important to enact laws and regulations that organize the marketing of sports, encourage the private sector to invest in where it would affirm the rights of all parties, and encourage national enterprises to conduct studies and research about the feasibility of the investment in the sports field.
