This article deals with the subject of the Ottoman rule in Algeria and Tunisia through the study, especially in the political and administrative spheres compared, the Ottoman Empire went through different stages and conditions of heterogeneous attempt to unite the Muslims and to prevent Western countries from extending its influence in the Muslim world and stood as a bridge impervious in the way of European expansion and thus élimination the the idea of seizing goods and wealth of the Islamic countries.

For Algeria, Tunisia, the difficult circumstances that were are undergoing the beginning of the 16th century private aggravate Spain's risk and occupation of the ports of the task and the placement of residents of cities are the main factors that pushed the Algerians and Tunisians call in the brothers Barbarossa to save them from the European occupation and that recourse to a strong and able to protect the Ottoman Empire.

And actually repel the danger on the coasts of the Maghreb and the expulsion of the Spaniards in the period is long and returned the Ottomans so the country systematic management of safety and stability, and This research deals with the nature of the administrative system in Algeria and Tunisia during the Ottoman period, in addition to diving in the nature of the political system of the two countries during the same period with knowledge of changes and factors transition from one phase to another, and in the latter position compared to them by clarifying the similarities and points of difference between the two provisions points, this comparison had a big role in clarifying the cons of Ottoman rule in the region without ignoring the positive aspects of colonialisme Européen tried to errasses , in each country they enter profess to her family that they came to them to save them from the Ottoman colonizers, but the result is that they have spent their Independence .
